Here you will find information about how we, together with our organizers, strive to carry out the events in a safe and secure way due to Covid-19.

Following the government’s press conference on December 21st, it has been decided to reintroduce restrictions for public events. At events of 500 participants or more, vaccine certificates and 1 meter between parties and a maximum of 8 people per party are required. Stay updated and check the Public Heath Agencys information regularly.

Vaccine certificate

A valid vaccine certificate requires two vaccine doses. A negative covid test is not valid.

People under the age of 18 and those with a verification that they should not take the vaccine because of medical reasons will not need to show a vaccine certificate. This information might change so make sure to stay updated and check the Public Health Agency's information regularly.

Frequently asked questions about vaccine certificate.

Retrieve your vaccine certificate

You can easily download your vaccine certificate (Electronic ID required) or fill out a form to receive your certificate by post.

If you have taken the vaccine in a different country than Sweden, you must retrieve your certificate from that country. For a foreign vaccine certification to be valid in Sweden it must be connected to the EU Digital Covid Certificate Infrastructure.

Upon arrival to the arena

You can access the arena with a valid vaccine certificate, your ID and ticket. Check the expiration date on your certificate so that it is valid for the date you will visit the arena. Here are some easy steps to ease your visit:

1. Arrive on time

Passage will take a little longer since everyone is required to show both their vaccine certificate and the ticket.

2. Be ready to show your vaccine certificate together with your ID.

You should either have your certificate downloaded on your phone or printed out.

3. Show your ticket

After you've showed your certificate and ID we check your ticket to the event.

4. Welcome!

*It is the organizers decision to require vaccine certificates and they are responsible the check the certificates validation as well as take basic infection control measures.

Infection Control Measures

We at Got Event adapt the arenas with informational signs and decals on both walls and floors to draw attention and encourage visitors to follow current guidelines. We also provide toilets and other areas with hand sanitizers to maintain good hygiene.

In general, Got Event assists the organizers with grandstand hosts who are responsible for ticket viewing and venue viewing at the event. We also always have a dialogue with the organizers if the event requires any special adaptation or design where the arena staff is to be involved.
