Änglagård the musical starring Tommy Körberg and Helen Sjöholm
Since its premiere in 2023, the musical Änglagård has sold over 210,000 tickets, received rave reviews from critics, and standing ovations from the audience. Now, this success story is finally coming to Gothenburg!
It’s been more than 30 years since Colin Nutley’s film Änglagård premiered and forever found its way into our hearts. The musical Änglagård, based on this classic film, was written by Fredrik Kempe, Edward af Sillén, and Daniel Réhn, and debuted in 2023. Since then, it has been celebrated by critics and audiences alike!
When the beloved musical arrives at Scandinavium, it will feature the original cast, with Tommy Körberg and Helen Sjöholm in the leading roles. Helen portrays Rut, the village matriarch, who has everything to lose when Fanny arrives in Yxared — unlike Tommy Körberg’s character Gottfrid, whose quiet bachelor life with his brother Ivar (Gustav Levin) takes a delightful turn when the colorful duo bursts into their lives.
Fanny is played by Tuva B Larsen, who made her acclaimed breakthrough in Sweden as the female lead in Så som i himmelen. Zac, Fanny’s vibrant companion, is portrayed by Lindy Larsson, who appeared in the film Änglagård – Tredje gången gillt early in his career and has since graced major opera and theater stages in Sweden and abroad. The cast also includes beloved actors and musical performers such as Fredrik Lycke, Per Svensson, Jenny Holmgren, rising star Martin Stokke Mathisen, a large ensemble, and a twelve-piece orchestra led by Johan Siberg.

Age limit
Recommended for ages seven and up.
Out of consideration for the audience and the cast, the organizer does not permit infants or young children in the auditorium during the performance. This rule is also in place to protect infants and young children’s hearing, as loud sounds may occur during the show. Due to fire safety regulations, all attendees, regardless of age, must have their own ticket.
Wheelchair spaces and accessibility
Spaces suitable for wheelchairs are booked via Ticketmaster.se or Ticketmaster call centre on 077 670 77 77. Each wheelchair ticket includes 1 free companion. Entrance through Scandinavium's main entrance. Seating in row 6, section C, D, or G.

The musical lasts approximately 3 hours and 25 minutes including intermission.
Total ban of bags
There is a total ban on bags during the event, which means you are not allowed to bring any bag, handbag, tote bag, or pouch, with the exception of diaper bags and bags for medical purposes. Read more about the bag ban at polisen.se. Please also note that you are not allowed to bring items such as umbrellas or bicycle batteries into the arena.

Be there in good time and be prepared that you may be searched. It is not permitted to bring umbrellas, bicycle batteries, camera and video equipment and food or drinks into the arena.

Scandinavium is located at Valhallagatan 1 in Gothenburg. We encourage you to cycle, walk or take public transport to the arena. The nearest stop is called Scandinavium and is right outside the entrance.
