Facility rules and regulations

We want everyone to enjoy their time at Valhallabadet and therefore ask you to read and follow our facility rules and regulations during your visit.

Listen carefully

The staff are here to make your visit as safe and enjoyable as possible. If you do not follow the facility rules or the staff’s instructions, you may be asked to leave the facility immediately.

Be considerate

During your visit, we expect you to show respect and consideration towards staff and visitors. Please treat others as you would like to be treated. Do not behave in ways that are rude or offensive or could otherwise cause discomfort or disturbance to others. Our staff have a right to send away or refuse entry to anyone who does not follow these rules. If you suspect any illegal activity during your visit, please report it to the police immediately.

Protect children’s safety

Children under 12 may only visit Valhalla with a paying, responsible adult (aged 18+). Maximum of three children per paying, responsible adult.

No alcohol or drugs

It is strictly forbidden to smoke, drink alcohol or take other drugs at Valhallabadet. You may not enter the facility under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If someone is suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs, our staff have the right to refuse them entry to Valhallabadet or send them off the premises.

Guard your belongings

To prevent theft, please lock your outdoor shoes in your locker and guard any personal belongings that are not stored in the lockers. Valhallabadet accepts no responsibility for lost belongings.

Take a shower

Always shower and wash thoroughly without wearing any swimwear before entering the pools or saunas.

Swimwear

In all shared areas, swimwear must be worn. When swimming, it is mandatory to use swimwear intended for swimming and which covers at least the genitals. It is not allowed to wear underwear under swimwear. In saunas and showers, swimwear may not be used.

Photography and audio recordings

Mobile phone and camera ban applies in changing rooms and shower areas. Photography ban applies throughout the facility unless prior permission has been obtained. Please leave your mobile phone on silent in the locker.

No glass allowed

No glass is allowed anywhere in the swimming hall. Underwater masks must be checked by the swimming pool staff.

Take your time but be punctual

Each visit is limited to a maximum of 3 hours until closing time to allow as many people as possible to enjoy our facilities. The maximum duration for school visits is 1 hour.

Take care of yourself and others

Do not swim if you are ill, have a stomach bug, or have open wounds on your body. You are responsible for your own safety during your visit.
