Warm water pool

Right next to the main entrance at Valhallabadet is our warm pool. Welcome to visit the warm pool for family bathing, water aerobics or if you have a prescription for swimming/physical activity (FaR).

Valhallabadet will close for the USM RIKS swimming competition from January 23 to January 25.
Thursday, January 22, the 25M hall (25M pool, children's pool and paddling pool) will be closed.
There is only exercise swimming in the 50M pool and there is no space for playing. You need to be able to swim.
Friday, January 23 to Sunday, January 25, Valhallabadet and Varmbadet will be closed.
Monday, January 26, the children's pool will open at 12.

When you are visiting the warm pool, you go to the reception at the main entrance at Valhallabadet to pay for your visit. Then you get an entrance ticket that you show at the reception by the warm pool. Once you show your ticket, you get a key to the lockers in our dressing room. You do not need to bring your own lock.

Physical activity on prescription

If you have physical activity on prescription (PAP) or a swimming certificate from a licensed healthcare staff, you are welcome to use the warm pool for pool exercise. If in need, there are exercise equipment to borrow.

Family bathing

Bring your family to the warm pool at Valhallabadet to play in our amazing pool. Here you can find fun bath toys and a small waterslide.

Water aerobics

Practice your strength, cardio, and mobility to great music in the warm pool at Valhallabadet. The class is about an hour long and is led by one of our experienced instructors. The training takes place in shallow water and you are constantly in contact with the bottom of the pool.
