Pool training in the warm pool

If you have physical activity on prescription (PAP) or a swimming certificate from a licensed healthcare staff, you are welcome to use the warm pool for pool exercise. If in need, there are exercise equipment to borrow.

Ordinary times for self-training

Tuesdays 16:00–18:30.
Thursdays 10:00–13.00 and 17:00–18:00.
Fridays 09:00–13:00.

Summer Hours

From June 3 to August 11, the Warm Bath is open for self-training during the following times:

Tuesdays 09:00–13:00.
Thursdays 09:00–13:00.
Sundays 12:00–15:00.

Prices

1 visit costs 58 SEK.
10 visits cost 410 SEK.

Payment is done in the main entrance reception at Valhallabadet where you get an entry ticket that you show in the reception at the warm pool together with your prescription or swimming certificate.
