How do I get to the arena?

Gamla Ullevi is located at Ullevigatan 5. The nearest stops are Drottningtorget, Polhemsplatsen, Åkareplatsen, Heden, Ullevi Norra and Ullevi Södra. Find the best route with the help of Västtrafik's travel planner. U can also use a rental bike from Styr & Ställ.

If you still need to take the car, you will find the nearest car park via Parkering Göteborg. We also recommend that you update yourself on the current traffic situation via Trafik Göteborg as there are many road works in the city right now. We encourage you to consider carpooling!

What is the range of food available?

In the kiosks at the arena you can buy hot dogs, mashed potatoes, soft drinks, sweets, coffee, chocolate and more.

Please note that you are not allowed to bring your own food or drink into the arena.

How is the accessibility?

There is a wheelchair space at the front of section K and an accessible toilet. Read more about the physical accessibility in the Accessibility Database.

At certain events, you can get visual interpretation, sign language interpretation or amplified arena sound via our app Got Event Tillgänglighet.

Can I bring a pram?

Always check the information on the respective team's website whether you are allowed to bring a pram or not. However, our recommendation is that you leave the pram at home when you visit Gamla Ullevi.

Can I bring my camera?

Mobile cameras and small compact cameras are allowed, but system cameras and other professional audio and video recording instruments may not be brought into Gamla Ullevi. If you intend to use the images for commercial use, you must be an accredited photographer during the event.

Can I smoke anywhere in the arena?

No, gamla Ullevi is a non-smoking arena. The law on tobacco and similar products means that smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the arena. Please note that you cannot leave the arena to go out and smoke. Anyone who leaves the arena after entry is not entitled to re-entry. The smoking ban also includes e-cigarettes.

Can I bring my dog?

No, unfortunately not. Only guide dogs are welcome at Gamla Ullevi.

Can I bring my bag?

On November 1, the Police Authority decided on a total ban on bags at major events. Read more about the bag ban at polisen.se.

Is there a wardrobe?

No, unfortunately not. We refer you to the Central Station where there are lockable cabinets where you can leave your bag.

Which sections have roofs?

At Gamla Ullevi, all seats are covered, but there is no guarantee that you won’t get wet in rain and strong winds. Sections E and C are least protected in the event of rain.

How does Got Event work with safety?

The safety of our visitors at our arenas is always a priority. It is the organizer that has the main responsibility for safety before and during an event. We work closely with the organizer and relevant authorities before and during each event.

It is forbidden to carry objects that could cause harm to another person.

I forgot something at the arena - what do I do?

Contact us at eventinfo@gotevent.se and we will help you further. After a week, everything found is sent on to the Police's lost property department at Odinsgatan.
