Are you going to an event at Scandinavium? You can find practical information before your visit among our questions and answers.
Please note that the information on this page is general. Event-specific information is published on the event's page a few days before the event.
How do I get to the arena?
Scandinavium is located at Valhallagatan 1 in Gothenburg. We encourage you to take your bike, walk or take the public transport to the arena if you have the opportunity. The nearest stop is called Scandinavium and is located just outside the entrance. Find the best route with the help of Västtrafik's travel planner. U can also use a rental bike from Styr & Ställ.
If you still need to take the car, you will find the nearest car park via Parkering Göteborg. We also recommend that you update yourself on the current traffic situation via Trafik Göteborg as there are many road works in the city right now. We encourage you to consider carpooling!
Which food options are available?
Scandinavium has a large selection of restaurants, kiosks and bars. Do you want to avoid queuing before the event and maximize your experience? Book a table at Pouls Restaurang or Glöd Kök & Bar and you will already be inside the arena when the doors open.
Please note that you are not allowed to bring your own food or drink into the arena.

There is a wheelchair space on row 6 in sections C, D, G, J, K, R or T. Wheelchair space can be booked via Ticketmaster at ticketmaster.se or telephone 077-670 77 77. A companion is allowed to accompany freely.

Is there an age limit?
Many events at Scandinavium have a 13-year limit due to the Swedish Public Health Agency's recommendations regarding high noise levels. If you cannot prove your age, the guards have the right to refuse entry. A valid ID document to enter an event with a 13-year age limit is an ID card, driver's license or passport. You can also print out an identity card from the Swedish Tax Agency and show it.
