Accessibility at Ullevi
Here you will find information about wheelchair spaces, accessibility services and other practical things that are good to know before your visit at Ullevi.
Book wheelchair spaces
Booking wheelchair tickets for events at Ullevi is done via ticketmaster.se or Ticketmaster's accessibility line 077-670 77 77 (phone hours weekdays 09:00-13:00).
The wheelchair spaces are located in section U, accessible via entrance 9. There is an elevator to reach the section. Near the section there is a dedicated arena host available.
When you book a ticket with a wheelchair space, one (1) free companion is always included. The companion can sit on a chair near you. If you have other companions that you want to sit as close as possible to, we recommend they try to book seats in one of the upper rows of section U1 or U2. They will then sit just below you.
Mobility impairment without a wheelchair
If you have a mobility impairment and wish to avoid stairs, we recommend booking seats in one of the upper rows of sections S, T, or U. To reach your seat, you can use the elevator at entrance 9. After that, there are only a few steps down to your seat. Standing areas are also accessible without using stairs. You can enter through the ground-level entrances.
To reach other areas of the arena, you will need to use stairs.
Crutches are allowed inside the arena.
Walkers are generally not allowed inside the arena. Please contact us at eventinfo@gotevent.se to find out what applies to your specific event.
Non-visible disabilities
If you have a disability that means that you need additional information or support during your visit to an event, do not hesitate to contact us at eventinfo@gotevent.se. Also, inform the staff on-site and we will do our utmost to meet your needs.
Getting to the arena
- By Public Transport
If you travel by public transport, the nearest stops are Ullevi Norra and Ullevi Södra. In Västtrafik's travel planner, you can find the best route and see which departures have space for wheelchairs. - With service transport
If you travel with service transport, there are drop-off and pick-up points on Skånegatan outside the arena. Specify "Ullevi, Skånegatan" when booking. If you book service transport to leave the event, we recommend allowing an extra half hour for your booking, as it is often difficult to predict the exact finish time. - By Car
If you are arriving by car and have a valid parking permit and event ticket, you can park at Katrinelundsgymnasiet, with entry via Levgrensvägen. Spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. You can find other parking options through Parkering Göteborg. Note that the Ullevi garage may be closed during events.
