Are you going to an event at Ullevi? You can find practical information before your visit among our questions and answers.

How do I get to the arena?
We encourage you to take your bike, walk or take the public transport to the arena if you have the opportunity. The nearest stops are called Ullevi Södra and Ullevi Norra. Find the best route with the help of Västtrafik Travel Planner. U can also use a rental bike from Styr & Ställ.
If you still need to take the car, you will find the nearest car park via Parkering Göteborg. We also recommend that you update yourself on the current traffic situation via Trafik Göteborg as there are many road works in the city right now. We encourage you to consider carpooling!
Which food options are available?
Inside Ullevi there are kiosks with a standard range of snacks and drinks. Please note that you are not allowed to bring your own food or drink into the arena.
How is the accessibility?
There is a wheelchair space at the top of section U. Use entrance 9 and take the lift to the section. Behind the wheelchair stand are two accessibility-adapted toilets. Wheelchair seats for concert and entertainment events are booked via Ticketmaster at ticketmaster.se or phone 077 670 77 77.
Wheelchair tickets for football games are booked via the home team that will play.
At certain events, you can get audio description, sign language interpretation or amplified arena sound via our app Got Event Tillgänglighet.

Is there an age limit?
Many events at Ullevi have a 13-year limit due to the Swedish Public Health Agency's recommendations regarding high noise levels. If you cannot prove your age, the guards have the right to refuse entry. A valid ID document to enter an event with a 13-year age limit is an ID card, driver's license or passport. You can also print out an identity card from the Swedish Tax Agency and show it.

Can I bring my bag?
On November 1, the Police Authority decided on a total ban on bags at major events. Read more about the bag ban at polisen.se.

Are there wardrobes?
No, but at bigger music events there is usually bag storage. Storing your bag costs SEK 60 and is paid via Swish or card payment.
Can I bring my camera?
System cameras and other professional audio and video recording devices may not be taken into the arena. Phone cameras and small compact cameras are allowed at most events, but not all. It is the organizer who decides if photos are allowed. If you intend to use the images for commercial use, you must be an accredited photographer during the event.
Can I smoke anywhere in the arena?
No, Ullevi is a smoke-free arena. The law on tobacco and similar products means that smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the arena. Please note that you can not leave the arena to go out and smoke. Anyone who leaves the arena after entry is not allowed to re-enter. The smoking ban also includes e-cigarettes.
Where do I turn if I have comments or complaints?
In case of any problems with your seats or if you are dissatisfied with something on site at the arena, we ask you to contact our audience hosts as soon as possible. Any complaints must always be made directly on site, after the event has taken place, the seats are considered approved by you as a visitor.
Can I bring a pram?
No, due to fire safety and escape routes, it is not appropriate to take the pram to Ullevi.
Can I bring my dog?
No, unfortunately not. Only guide dogs are welcome at Ullevi.
Which sections have roofs?
Rows 28 to 35 on sections N and O, and all seats from row 8 on sections A, B, C, P, Q and R are under roof.
I forgot something at the arena – What do I do?
If you forget something at the arena, you can email us at eventinfo@gotevent.se and we will help you further. After a week, everything found is sent on to the Police's lost property department at Odinsgatan.
How does Got Event work with safety?
The safety of visitors to our arenas is always a priority issue. The organizer has the main responsibility for safety before and during an event. We work closely with the organizer and relevant authorities before and during each event.
It is forbidden to carry objects that could cause harm to another person. This applies, for example, umbrellas and bicycle batteries.
