Bags
Please note that there is no total bag ban, but bags larger than 40 x 40 x 20 cm are not permitted inside the arena. We recommend bringing only the essentials to ensure a smoother entry.
Please also note that umbrellas of any size and bicycle batteries are not allowed inside the venue.
Wheelchair spaces and accessibility
Spaces suitable for wheelchairs are booked via Ticketmaster.se or Ticketmaster call centre on 077 670 77 77. Each wheelchair ticket includes 1 free companion. Entrance via entrance 9 with seating in section U.

Find your way to the arena
We encourage you to take a bicycle, walk or use the public transport to the arena if you have the opportunity. The nearest stops are Ullevi Södra and Ullevi Norra. Find the best route with Västtrafiks planner. You can also use a rental bike from Styr & Ställ.
No smoking
Smoking is prohibited in Ullevi and the event area. Please note that you cannot leave the arena to smoke and then re-enter.
