For a faster and smoother entry, we recommend leaving your bag at home.

Only bags smaller than 40 × 40 × 20 cm are allowed inside. A bag storage service is usually available along Levgrensvägen, where you can leave your bag for SEK 60 per item. Payment is accepted by card or Swish.

You are allowed to bring your own water bottle to refill inside the arena. Please note that the bottle must be empty upon entry, made of soft plastic (PET), have a maximum capacity of 50 cl, and be without a cap. No other types of bottles are permitted.

Crutches and canes are allowed inside Ullevi.

Rollators are generally not permitted inside the arena. Please contact us at eventinfo@gotevent.se for information about what applies to your specific event.

System cameras and other professional audio and video recording devices may not be taken into the arena.

Phone cameras and small compact cameras are allowed at most events, but not all. It is the organizer who decides if photos are allowed.

If you intend to use the images for commercial use, you must be an accredited photographer during the event.

No, due to fire safety and escape routes, it is not appropriate to take the pram to Ullevi.

Only guide dogs are permitted at Ullevi.

Kiosks are located throughout all sections of Ullevi. Wherever you are seated, there will be a kiosk nearby where you can buy drinks, snacks, and light refreshments. Vegetarian and vegan options are, of course, available.

At most events, food and drinks are available for purchase outside the arena.

If you are traveling by public transport, the nearest stops are Ullevi Norra and Ullevi Södra. You can find the best route in Västtrafik’s travel planner.

If you are cycling to Ullevi, there are bike racks available close to the arena.

You can also use a rental bike from Styr & Ställ. There are several stations around Ullevi where you can pick up and return your bike.

Ullevi is centrally located, about a 15-minute walk from the Central Station.

If you are driving to Ullevi, we encourage you to carpool. Through Parkering Göteborg, you can find the nearest parking (please note that the Ullevi garage is often closed during events). Stay updated on traffic conditions via Trafiken.nu.

If you are using paratransit services, you can be dropped off and picked up on Skånegatan outside the arena. Please specify “Ullevi, Skånegatan” when booking your trip.
If you are booking a return journey after an event, we recommend adding approximately 30 minutes to your booking, as the exact end time of an event is often uncertain.

Wheelchair spaces are located in section U. You can access them via entrance 9, where there is an elevator to the section.
Near the section there is a dedicated arena host available.

At sport events, we offer amplified arena sound via our app Got Event Tillgänglighet.

To use the service:

• Download the latest version of the Got Event Tillgänglighet app from the App Store or Google Play.
• Make sure your phone is fully charged, and bring a power bank in case the battery runs out.
• Bring headphones. For the best audio experience, we recommend in-ear headphones.

If you forget something at the arena, you can email us at eventinfo@gotevent.se and we will help you further. After a week, everything found is sent on to the Police's lost property department at Odinsgatan.

Rows 28 to 35 on sections N and O, and all seats from row 8 on sections A, B, C, P, Q and R are under roof.

The safety of visitors to our arenas is always a priority issue. The organizer has the main responsibility for safety before and during an event. We work closely with the organizer and relevant authorities before and during each event.

In case of any problems with your seats or if you are dissatisfied with something on site at the arena, we ask you to contact our audience hosts as soon as possible. Any complaints must always be made directly on site, after the event has taken place, the seats are considered approved by you as a visitor.

No, Ullevi is a smoke-free arena. The law on tobacco and similar products means that smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the arena. Please note that you can not leave the arena to go out and smoke. Anyone who leaves the arena after entry is not allowed to re-enter. The smoking ban also includes e-cigarettes.
