The ticket office is only open on event days. Usually, the box office opens at 12:00, but the opening hours may vary depending on the event. Information about this is published on our page for the specific event a few days before the event date.

Contact Ticketmaster by logging into My Account, select the booking in question and click on "Do you need help with this booking" at the bottom of the page. You can also contact Ticketmaster by phone on 0771 70 70 70. The phone is open weekdays 09:00–11:00.
