The ticket office at Scandinavium is located next to the arena's entrance. If there are tickets left for sale on the day of the event, they will be available for purchase on the spot. Ticket office opening hours vary depending on the event.

At concerts and entertainment events, the ticket office usually opens two hours before the start of the event. Exact times are published on the page for the specific event a few days before the event.

Tickets to Frölunda HC

When Frölunda HC has a match, the box office opens 2 hours before the game starts and closes 30 minutes after.
